Your Profile

A minimum of 3 years experience is required.

You are fluent in Dutch & French, English is a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Customer Portfolio Management:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop positive relationships with clients.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs and requests.
• Respond to customers’ queries in a timely manner.
• Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.

Business Development

• Generate new business in line with the strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks.
• Support the Marketing Team in external communication.
• Participate in external events.

Sales Administration

• Take care of proper registration and encoding within CRM.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Security:

• Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules, and procedures.
• Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts.
• Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information.
